Inclusive Outdoors Resource Hub Moves to the Next Level with New Partners, More Content

The Inclusive Outdoors Resource Hub, created to build an outdoor community where everyone belongs, is expanding thanks to a new collaboration with Recreate Responsibly, Joy Trip Project, and a working group of organizational leaders, equity advocates and other voices committed to creating an inclusive outdoors.

Recreate Responsibly will host a Resource Hub Working group to curate resources to help outdoor recreation businesses advance their diversity and equity journeys. The hub will be a community-driven digital library and collaborative center that provides companies with DEIA resources and connects communities.

The Recreate Responsibly Inclusive Outdoors Resource Hub Working Group is currently being formed to provide leadership and direction for the hub’s evolution. The group will:

  • Advise, plan and implement the evolution of the resource hub and advise on the hub's priorities.

  • Oversee the overall health and growth of the community-driven digital resource hub.

  • Ensure consistent collective contributions to the hub so that it remains accessible & valuable to businesses and community members.

Those who wish to help shape the hub can nominate themselves (or someone else) for the Resource Hub Working Group by March 16th. Members of the working group will be compensated.
